Which Framework is designed with privacy in mind:

• We do not require user accounts or registration
• We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are read and which tools are run (see Third-Party Services)
• If you give us your email address in one of our tools, for example to download a report, we store it with the date and the tool you used
• If you email us, we receive what you choose to send

We do not collect your name, payment details or any other personal information.

If you contact us directly via email at support@whichframework.org, we may use your contact information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or feedback
• Address any issues you report
• Consider framework suggestions you submit

If you give us your email address in one of our tools, we use it to tell you about our tools, for example when a new tool or stage is ready, and we write at most once a month. Every email we send will include a way to stop further emails, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to support@whichframework.org.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Some pages offer tools that analyze data you provide, such as a list of customers. When you use them:

• Your file or pasted data is read and analyzed by your own browser. It is not uploaded to our server.
• To write the explanation of your results, the page sends our server summary figures only: counts, rates, ratings and the positions of items in your lists. The names and words you enter, such as customers, markets, ideas and notes, stay on your computer.
• We do not keep those summary figures after the explanation is sent back. To limit misuse, our server counts requests per connection using a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, and deletes these counts after two days.
• Your results are kept in your browser while the tab is open, so you can move from one stage to the next. To come back later, save the progress file (Excel) the tool offers, and choose it next time. We never hold a copy of it.

We use minimal third-party services to deliver this website:

• Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts (DM Sans and DM Serif Display) for typography. Google may collect anonymous usage data according to their privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how pages and tools are used. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. Google handles this data under its privacy policy.
• Web Hosting: Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser types, access times) for security and performance purposes.

We do not use social media tracking pixels or advertising networks.

This website contains links to external resources, including original sources for management frameworks, books, tools, and educational materials.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit through our links.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
